Japanese surgeons give new smiles to rural children

The University of the Ryukyus in Japan and the Okinawa-Laos Cleft Lip and Palate Centre in collaboration with Setthathirath Hospital in Vientiane on Thursday provided free cleft lip and palate surgery for disadvantaged Lao children.
